Jack D. Kahn
Jack D. Kahn graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s degree in 1984. He completed a credit training program at Bank Leumi Trust Company of New York and was made an Officer of the Bank in 1985. As a commercial loan officer, Jack worked in the NYC Corporate Lending Division until 1986, when he joined Marine Midland Bank as a lending officer in their middle-market Corporate Lending Division. In 1988, Jack left commercial banking to join with partners in a new real estate venture. They formed Paramount Realty & Development Corp. (and, later, Broadway Brokerage & Management Corp.), based in Manhattan, that acquired and managed investment properties for various limited partnerships.
In 2000, Jack formed Jack Kahn Realty Services Corp., and relocated his offices from Manhattan to New Jersey. Jack handles the management and leasing of numerous commercial properties in New York and New Jersey, provides portfolio administration and supervisory management services for a prominent NYC-based real estate investor with extensive world-wide real estate holdings, and also does transactional work including retail leasing (both landlord and tenant representation) as well as purchase and sale transactions. Jack exclusively represents a large AT&T Wireless dealer with over 50 stores in NJ, NY, PA, MA and VA and has completed dozens of lease transactions on its behalf. Jack is the Managing Member of Grandview Real Estate, LLC that manages a portfolio of commercial and multi-family residential properties, including several residential and office condominiums, in New Jersey. Some of Grandview’s back-office and support services are shared with an affiliate, Goldberg Realty Associates, located in West Caldwell, NJ.
